Scott and his assistant worked very closely with us throughout the preparation and installation to ensure our satisfaction. We were able to select the products to be installed as he provided an allowance for the cabinets, lights, shower, tile, etc. in the contract. During the construction he and his assistant were very polite and professional. They were also very neat and clean. They cleaned up everyday and used drop cloths to cover the traffic areas between the bathroom and entrance to the house. Scott’s longtime assistant Evan performed the majority of the work. Scott was referred to us by a friend. Our idea was to open up our existing first floor kitchen and dining area by removing the pantry. Scott took his time with us and suggested different options. My Wife and I hired Scott to finish our basement after he was referred to us by the person who built our home. The experience we had with Scott and his entire staff Evan, Steve & Katie was outstanding. Scott also brought in subcontractors who were excellent, Fred (electrical), Chris McDonald (Northeast Entertainment), just to name a few but they were all super high quality at their work. Scott had some great ideas as we moved the project along, it was his idea to put in a trey ceiling with rope lighting in our theatre area, it was his idea to recess our wet bar and he designed a custom bench that he and Steve put together. Evan's tile work in the shower and bar area and paint work throughout the basement was awesome as well, we had a large space finished roughly 1300 square feet with a lot of cutting etc. We worked with Kitchen express and roma tile who were all excellent as well. Overall we cannot say enough about Scott and his team. Not only was the work fantastic and we love our basement but working with Scott was easy. He made the entire project a lot of fun, we never had a single issue, how many times can you say that about anything?? If I were finishing a basement, remodeling a kitchen or bathroom or any serious home renovation I would hire Scott in a heartbeat. My wife and I made one call and one call only when we chose to remodel our kitchen, that call was to S. Caselle Construction. Scott and his team had done a sizeable job at a very good friend's home that I trust implicitly. My friend said I only needed to make one call. He was right. I contacted Scott to get things rolling, I was able to meet up with him pretty quickly. We thought we knew what we wanted to do with our kitchen, but Scott was so creative and had so many suggestions for us. We adopted most of what he suggested because it just flat out made sense and felt it would add value to our home. We had an estimate in hand within a week, and a very detailed estimate at that. It was very clear as to what was our responsibility to purchase and what Scott would handle. He had an uncanny ability to be SO close with his cost estimates. If not for a few items we upgraded to, the estimate was pin-point accurate. Scott's team was just amazing! Steve and Evan are just masters at what they do! Whether it's flooring, sheet rock, wood working, plumbing, and everything in between, they were SO professional and friendly. No question was too small or unimportant to them. We did it all; floor, lighting, cabinets, countertops, electrical, and plumbing. Every facet of the job was carried out with great skill and care for our home. Due to our open floor plan, we also had our living room painted over along with a total redo of our laundry room and half bath. We can't say enough good about this 'team'.
